WHO CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION The “LG Ticket Hunter” promotion is subject to the following conditions and is open only to UK residents. If a winner is under 16 years of age, they must provide details of a parent or guardian to receive delivery of the tickets on the winners’ behalf. Employees of LG Electronics UK Limited, their suppliers, affiliates, agents or anyone connected with the Promotion and their families or employees are not eligible to take part. TERMS The site – the main site for the Promotion: www.LGtickethunter.com Twitter Handle – www.twitter.com/lgtickethunter Promotion – the Promotion of all prizes; the prize giveaways in their entirety. Giveaway – each separate Prize, as it’s awarded; e.g. one pair of tickets for Rihanna (as specified below). Prizes – as a collective; there are 4 separate Prizes on offer, comprising of 39 separate giveaways. WHAT IS THE PRIZE Between the dates 15th May and 19th May, there will be multiple prizes available to win, each with a different entry mechanic. Throughout the week, winners will be announced on either a daily basis, or regularly during the day, dependent on each prize. This is specified below. The prizes: Prize 1 - 42 tickets for Rihanna at the LG Arena – 18th July 2013. Prize 2 - 6 tickets for Jessie J at the LG Arena – 18th October 2013. Prize 3 - 10 x L3ii smartphones Prize 4 - 2 x Pairs of tickets to Free Radio Live 2013 - 30th November 2013. Prizes do not include travel and accommodation. HOW DOES THE COMPETITION WORK “The site” for the promotion is www.lgtickethunter.com, supported by www.twitter.com/lgtickethunter. For each prize mentioned above there is a specific entry mechanic for winning. You do not have to be a follower of @lgtickethunter to be eligible to enter the promotion, however Prize 4 will be chosen from people on Twitter, so players will require a Twitter account to be eligible. Any winners will have to follow @lgtickethunter in order to share their private contact details via direct message. The promotion will start at 9am on 15th May. The @lgtickethunter Twitter handle will be providing information on the promotion as it runs, and choosing & announcing winners for all Prizes. Prize 1-3 winners will also be announced on the site through the week. The use of #lgtickethunter in your tweets means that you agree to these terms & conditions in specific relation to claiming prizes from the promoter. Prize 1-2 Mechanic There will be 29 separate giveaways at locations across the promotion dates. Each giveaway is a pair of tickets for Rhianna or Jessie J at the LG Arena. A map on “the site” (URL mentioned above) will begin to zoom into a location in the UK, eventually highlighting a specific location on the map. Other information will appear on the site, including clues, the city name and the previous winner of a prize. The prize will be in the form of a Voucher, held by a member of the LGTicketHunter street team at each specified location. Players will be asked to use the #lgtickethunter hashtag in order to speed up the zoom into each location. An algorithm within the site will calculate how fast the map zooms in, based on the volume of tweets using the hashtag specified. The winner will be chosen as the first person to walk up to the LG street team and say the password – passwords will be specified by @LGTicketHunter throughout the promotion, and may change for different days. You do not need a Twitter handle to view the @LGTicketHunter tweets, or to win Prize 1-3. If there is a dispute over the winner, the promoter may ask multiple people (2 or more) to open envelopes to decide the winner. One envelope will include the winning voucher, the others will be blank. Prize 3 Mechanic Prize 3 will be awarded twice daily throughout the promotion – from 15th May to 19th May inclusive – in the morning and afternoon. Any Twitter user who re-tweets a specified tweet (exact tweet will be announced on the day) relating to the new L Series II range will be entered into a draw. Morning draw giveaways will begin at 10am and end at 1pm. Afternoon draw giveaways will begin at 2pm and end at 5pm, and a winner will be announced within 3 hours of the end of each giveaway. Only one re-tweet will be counted in each draw, per entrant. Winners will be announced via the @LGTicketHunter twitter handle, and users will be required to follow the handle in order to share their private contact details via direct message, should they win. If any user does not respond to the request for details within 24 hours, the promoter has the right to re-allocate the Prize. As the entry mechanic requires a “Tweet”, all entrants must have a Twitter account by proxy. Prize 4 Mechanic Prize 4 will be awarded at various times during the promotion dates, as 2 separate giveaways. Any Twitter user who re-tweets a specified tweet (exact tweet will be announced on the day) relating to LG will be entered into a draw. Each giveaway will end at 4pm on each of the days mentioned, and a winner will be announced within 3 hours of the end of each giveaway. Only one re-tweet will be counted in the draw, per entrant. Winners will be announced via the @LGTicketHunter twitter handle, and users will be required to follow the handle in order to share their private contact details via direct message, should they win. If any user does not respond to the request for details within 24 hours, the promoter has the right to re-allocate the Prize. LG Electronics UK limited and Mindshare UK reserve the right to redistribute prizes not claimed by direct message within 24 hours.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

LG Electronics UK limited is the promoter.
The winner will be required to take part in publicity (including photographs).
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
Entry to any LG Arena event is subject to its own terms and conditions.
Mindshare UK is acting as the Promotion executor and Independent adjudicators for the drawing of winners.
No cash alternative will be offered if winners are not able to attend an event.
All entry implies acceptance of rules above.
If exceptional circumstances dictate, LG reserves the right to change the prize offered.
LG and Mindshare UK have the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, but will only do so under exceptional circumstances.
Under any dispute, the promoters word is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
